Annual Report for The Cultivation Project - Keynote Presentation
This is an example of a keynote presentation that I put together for The Cultivation Project's annual board meeting. The purpose of this presentation is to provide the board with a general summary of the milestones achieved during the year, a review of the financial situation of the organization, a roadmap of the upcoming year, and a budget for the upcoming year to vote on. These meetings usually consist of a lot of talking and information sharing, so having easy-to-read and clear slides makes the experience a lot better for the board.
The Cultivation project's Flow Chart
I created this flow chart to help The Cultivation Project's team and support base understand the roles and purpose of each project that is being worked on within the organization. Before this chart, it would get really confusing for people to understand the many different divisions, project names, and purposes that each aspect had toward the overall mission.
